Golden Isles Tennis (GIT) is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and growing the game of tennis throughout our local community. As a USTA Community Tennis Association, we partner with local facilities, teaching professionals, schools, and organizations to provide opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels to learn, play, and compete.
Guided by a dedicated Board of Directors made up of local volunteers who are passionate about tennis and committed to strengthening our community. Our board members donate their time, expertise, and energy to ensure GIT continues to serve players, families, and partners across the Golden Isles.

Mission
To support, enhance and grow tennis programs and instruction in the Golden Isles and surrounding area.
Vision
Golden Isles Tennis will be affiliated with a variety of fun, affordable tennis activities, programs and events available to everyone. The organization will be the entry point into everything tennis for our local area.
Making Tennis Accessible for All
We believe every young person deserves the chance to experience the joy of tennis, regardless of their financial circumstances. Through our scholarship program and community partnerships, GIT provides equipment, instruction, and league opportunities to youth who might not otherwise have access to the sport. Your donations help us purchase racquets, balls, and court time for programs like Junior Team Tennis, ensuring that talent and passion, not finances, determine who gets to play.
Giving Back
Throughout the year, GIT hosts events and fundraisers that bring our community together for causes beyond the court. From our annual Playing for a Claus event which raised money for Voices of Glynn, a local women's group, and collected toys to Toys for Tots to our Smash Breast Cancer Triples tournament—which raised $11,480 for the Southeast GA Health Systems Breast Cancer Foundation—we're proud to use the game we love to give back to causes that matter in the Golden Isles and beyond.

From running leagues and tournaments to mentoring young players and supporting fundraising events, there are countless ways to get involved and make an impact right here in the Golden Isles.

GIT is always looking for people who would like to give something back to the game they love! Our volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Without them, our leagues, tournaments, and community involvement would not exist.
